
SHIPPING POLICY
DELIVERIES
Delivery is free within South Africa on all orders over R1500, if your order value is less than R1500, the delivery fee will be displayed when you checkout and recorded in your order confirmation and invoice, which will be emailed to you.
All orders are processed within 2-5 working days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email once your order has been shipped.
Delivery of your order once shipped will be made 5 to 7 business days from the date of the shipping email is sent to you, except during sales and/or special events, such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday, when delivery may take up to 21 business days. We do not guarantee that your order will be dispatched or delivered on any particular date and time.
Your order will only be delivered to a valid address in South Africa on business days between 08h00 and 17h00. You, or the person accepting delivery on your behalf, may be requested to produce identification when accepting the delivery of your order. Please ensure that we have the correct contact number.
Two attempts will be made to deliver your order and should you fail, refuse or neglect to be available and accept the order after 2 attempts, you may be liable for additional delivery charges, or we may elect to cancel your order, in which event we will refund you the full transaction minus delivery charges already incurred and a reasonable administration charge.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Within 48 hours of your order being shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your shipping details, a tracking number, and a link to track your order.
You are not able to return any products to us with the courier and if you wish to return the products, you must follow the returns procedure as contained in our Returns Policy.
