Please ensure you choose the correct size by using our sizing chart, we do not exchange items that do not fit.
If your item is faulty, you received the wrong item or it is damaged in any way, we will gladly assist you. Please email us at email@example.com and include photos of the item that clearly show the issue.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your credit after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, then your credit will be processed (excluding the original shipping costs), and a credit will automatically be applied to your account. Unfortunately, no returns or credits are offered on sale items.

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Should you choose to use a carrier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost, then unfortunately no refund or return can be considered.
